We are looking for Ph.D. candidates to study:
- Multicomponent complex involved in protein quality control and homeostasis.
- RNP complexes involved in the piRNA pathway
- RNP complexes involved in bacterial infections
Structural and mechanistic studies will follow an integrative structural biology approach, as outlined in the description of our research activities.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will have a master degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or a related topic. Excellent laboratory skills, experience with NMR spectroscopy and protein expression and purification will be considered as a bonus. Scientific curiosity, analytical skills, broad scientific interests and an excellent university track record are essential. In addition, good communication skills along with the ability to interact with other scientists in an international environment are required.
